Let us not forget when there was nada mucho to discuss.  Buying activity is incredibly strong for this late in the year. We have never seen this consistent high level of buying activity thru November. And prices were very good in almost all areas. Lots of new construction on Johns Island and that will continue. Activity a little on the low side in Mt P and Summerville/Ladson. Some of that may be due to a lack of good inventory. Very high activity in the Goose Creek areas. Really good to see the good prices in areas 31-32, 61-64, and 71-76. These areas have lagged behind in the recovery, but they are doing better now. Park West and Daniel Island are obviously popular for Boeing. SFA activity was a little slow this week.
