So we all know Charleston, South Carolina Student Housing is a highly sought after real estate asset.  Proximity to College of Charleston, School of Law, etc. seems like a no brainer right?  Well, it is, but there is more to the story.  How about a projected 23 Million College Students by 2020 according to the National Center for Educational Statistics.  Yep, more and more students are going to be seeking higher education at the undergraduate level.  Most will want proximity to campus and the social, beach vibe of Chucktown is certainly not going to hurt.  Foreign Students are also coming to the US in droves and they will also support a higher demand.

Interesting indeed for Student Housing and for Multi-Family Developers in Student Housing Markets like Charleston.

If you want to break into the Charleston Market, let me know as I have a fully occupied student housing development Downtown Charleston.  You can reach me at 843-364-6720.
