According the demographics by the National Association of Realtors, “High Society” (Affluent, well educated, homeowners) with an average household income of $85,000 and an average age of 38, the zip code 29466 has close to 29,000 people.

I can speak from personal experience that Park West is a great community of families and individuals and appreciate the benefits of work/live and walkability.

Over the years, I have worked with many small business owners and real estate investors inside of the Park West Area.  I sit on a Management Board and know that the growth of Carolina Park is certainly here.

The interconnectivity of roads back to Rivertowne, Dunes West and Highway 41 with its emerging growth/bridge expansion are certainly going to continue the commercial and residential real estate in this submarket.

Leasing activity in Park West has certainly improved and not many opportunities to own are available today regarding commercial property.  There are some on and off market opportunities that do exist however.

While there are always exceptions to the rule, I have found most tenants to be small business owners that live within a 1-3 mile radius of the commercial properties in Park West.  Close enough to go home for lunch or juggle family drop off or pick up.

If you are considering a residential move,  you ought to consider the Rivertowne, Park West or Dunes West area, especially if you are going to be looking for a commercial office or retail location.

Most of my inventory is starting to lease up or have interested parties for sale, however here are a few remaining options that have flexibility from start up single offices to larger offices for lease and purchase.
